Your body has been telling you for a long time that you need a break. Your back is tense, your neck hurts, you sleep poorly, and yet you keep going? Allow yourself a week in which your body, your breath, and your nervous system can relax again. 

In Vini Yoga, the focus is not on form, but on what is good for you in the moment. The combination of breath and movement relieves the body and slowly – at your own pace – allows new strength to emerge. Strength that you may need to find your way back to your inner balance. A balance that keeps us steady, even when life's storms try to knock us off course.
