Finally take a deep breath
Give your breath space again
Finally breathe deeply, finally get out of the rat race and into nature! What's still missing now is strength, stability and a good dose of lightness...
Stability in the sense of physical stability (core stability), but also in the sense of finding peace, no longer allowing yourself to be shaken by self-doubt and fears, but facing the next uncertainties from a secure foundation. In addition, a certain lightness, not having to accomplish everything with extreme effort, but moving towards your goal effortlessly in small steps.
What we practise on the mat and in the kitchen can be transferred to life and everyday routines.
In Montgaillard, you will learn to breathe deeply (again), let your gaze wander into the distance, find stability and lightness on the mat, and try out delicious recipes. It really makes you happy!
