As a cyclist, you already know how to breathe in order to climb the hills and mountains you encounter on some of your rides. But do you know about breathing techniques that can help you improve the oxygen supply to your cells? Do you know about yoga exercises to loosen your muscles and help you sit more relaxed? Maybe you just need a few exercises at the end of a journey to help you get back on your feet?

What a great place to try all this in French Tuscany. Here, where the fields glow, here, where the roads are so lonely that you can cycle for hours without meeting a car, here, where the hills and climbs are sometimes challenging but still leave you time and space to admire the beauty of the landscape?

During the Yoga & cyclingweek you will discover new landscapes, yoga and breathing exercises and wonderful dishes. Åsa takes care of the cooking and we offer tours that are suitable for all levels or can be adapted. So you can choose between a sporting challenge or a coffee break.

We work with Philippe from 'Bikerentalfrance' in Toulouse, who organises tours in Mallorca and the Gascony/Pyrenees. You can hire a bike from him for an extra €170 or bring your own bike.

Services included

  • 5 nights in a double room for single use with shared bathroom (max. 2 persons)
